Memorial Day Weekend kicks off the start of summer fun and blood shortages in the Pacific Northwest. Donations are needed ahead of Memorial Day Weekend!
Donate Blood on May 6th at McKenzie Fire and Rescue! 11:30am – 5:30pm!
Vacation travel, outdoor activities, and increased blood usage in local emergency rooms impact everyone. As the weather gets nicer, fewer people are making time to donate blood. At the same time, our hospitals are seeing an upturn in accidents and injuries that require lifesaving transfusions.
