Come join us on May 31st from 11am-3pm at the Disaster Preparedness Fair at the Upper McKenzie Community Center!
Our Disaster Preparedness Fair will have:
Information from local emergency management agencies: Lane Electric, FireWise, Orchid Health, OSU Extension, Upper McKenzie Rural Fire Protection District, ALERTWest, Zach’s Trees, Lane County Sheriff’s Office, East Lane Veterinary Hospital,US Forest Service,Oregon State Fire Marshall, Oregon Volunteers in Disaster, ODF, Lane County Emergency Management, and MORE!
Communications Information: Learn about different ways to stay informed in the event of a disaster, such as emergency alert systems, GMRS radios, HAM radios, internet options, and social media.
