Free Fishing Weekend in Oregon June 7-8
June 7 - June 8

Oregon’s Free Fishing Weekend will be held on Saturday and Sunday, June 7th and 8th. During this weekend, no fishing, clamming, or crabbing licenses or tags are required in Oregon. This includes the Combined Angling Tag, Columbia River Basin Endorsement, and Two-Rod Validation.
What to expect:
Free Fishing: No licenses or tags are needed for fishing, clamming, or crabbing.
Other Regulations Apply: All other fishing regulations, including bag limits, size restrictions, and area closures, still apply.
Free Events: The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) and their partners may host free fishing events.
Free Parking and Camping: Oregon State Parks may offer free parking and camping.
