Let’s Celebrate the Holidays with Lane County Youth Services!
The Martin Luther King, Jr. Education Center Culinary Arts Program is whipping up some magic this season by preparing and sharing a FREE holiday meal for the community.
The holiday meal is a chance for the students to showcase their hard-earned culinary skills and give back to their community at the same time.
Mark your calendars for December 13th from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Lane County Youth Services Carmichael Room (2727 Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, Eugene).
This festive feast is open to EVERYONE and includes raffle prizes and food boxes to take home.
No reservations needed! Just come with your holiday spirit.
About the MLK Education Center:
The Martin Luther King, Jr. Education Center serves middle and high school students in collaboration with Lane County Youth Services and the Lane Education Service District. Alongside academics, the center provides vocational opportunities, including culinary arts. Students learn essential food service skills and safety.
