Introduction to Fire Craft
During this introduction to Fire Craft, you and your child will learn the basics of emergency fire making for outdoor winter conditions.
We’ll cover fire safety including when outdoor conditions warrant a fire, when a campfire can be built, and when not to build a fire. And most importantly how to thoroughly put out a campfire with or without water.
This special 4-hour event will be at the Upper McKenzie Community Center on Saturday, December 30, from 10 am until 2 pm.
For families with children ages 6 and older.
$45.00 per family member
