Public Comments for Blue River Drive Design Concept Meeting

The Blue River Drive Design Concept item is scheduled to go before the Board at the April 30^th meeting at 9am.

• To attend the Board of Commissioners meeting in-person,  please be in Harris Hall by 9:00 a.m. unless otherwise noted.  Doors to Harris Hall open at 8:45 a.m.  If you wish to participate, please make sure to sign-up on the sign-in sheet located by the entry door.  Speakers will be taken in the order they signed-up in. Harris Hall is located at: 125 E 8th Avenue Eugene, OR 97405.
• To speak virtually via Zoom, you must register in advance on April 26^th.  The link to join will be available on the Board of County Commissioners Agendas webpage which is linked here.
• If you wish to submit written comment before the meeting,  please send all comments to the publiccomment@lanecountyor.gov email address no later than noon the day before the scheduled meeting. These emails will be compiled and included on the Board Agenda with a “View Material” link.  Please note, all emails submitted will be public record.  If you wish to provide public comment during the meeting, you can attend in-person or virtually via Zoom.

After the Community feedback is collected, any necessary edits will be made and the full adoption package will be prepared. The adoption package will include the Blue River Complete Community Plan, amendments to the Rural Comprehensive Plan, zoning amendments, findings of fact, a draft ordinance, and possibly other material. The draft Plan will be posted to the project website along with a Virtual Workshop starting April 26 until May 10^th.
