Weekly Meditation
Weekly guided meditation with Miché Meizner,
(mentor, certified life coach, energy worker, longtime meditator)
at the Upper McKenzie Community Center.
Calming, stress reducing.
Learn simple meditation for health benefits and inner peace.
Spoken/guided portion approximately 10-15 minutes followed by silent meditation
20-30 minutes.
There is often some discussion afterwards pertaining to the topic.
No experience necessary.
Bring a cushion if you’d like to sit on the floor.
$5 per session although no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
Every Thursday 10-11am at the Upper McKenzie Community Center
