Celebrate Valentine’s Dinner with a delicious 4-course experience!
Dinner is $25 per person and proceeds go to help rebuild Vida McKenzie Community Center
Check out the amazing menu:
Starters: Stuffed Mushrooms, Soup and Salad
Main: Choice of Prime Rib, Chicken or a vegetarian option (TBA)
Sade: Scalloped Potatoes
Dessert: Tiramisu or Blueberry Cheesecake Parfait
There is going to be a sweet surprise at the VMCC Valentine’s Dinner –
Music by the Emerald Ring Quartet!
These four talented women perform locally for special occasions, singing in the “barbershop” style. You might have seen them singing holiday songs in December at Springfield’s Main Street Sweets, or singing the national anthem at a Eugene Emeralds baseball game last summer. We will be giving a warm welcome to Gloria, Cat, Lisa and Barb!
