For all those FEMA geeks out there, we came across this useful, if voluminous, document that outlines FEMA’s policies effective as of June 1st 2020. This, of course, covers the Holiday Farm Fire and most of the other wildfires we have suffered in Oregon this year. This is not bedtime reading but might prove useful to those of you struggling with FEMA.
