Community Celebrates Milestones of Rebuilding the Town

On Saturday, May 11th, McKenzie River residents gathered at the Blue River Fire Station to celebrate some huge milestones for our community!
The soft opening of a fully operational fire station for the town signifies that much progress has been made since the Holiday Farm Fire. More structures are in the process of rebuilding such as the O’Brien Memorial Library, Meyer’s General Store, and the McKenzie River Clinic.
These wonderful milestones mark the beginning of what could potentially be an annual celebration of Blue River’s recovery and rebuilding process!
